Well, I partitioned the drive as directed. Of the 1TB drive, I did 700gb for music and 64gb for TeslaCam. The music folder works but the TeslaCam didn't. I even let the car format the drive and that didn't work either. Both drives were exFat formatted as directed. What a frustrating...

I think Tesla must have changed something in the software for it as I used to have the 500gb drive with a folder for Music and Teslacam. They both worked. Now it only recognizes the Teslacam folder as a priority and ignores the Music folder. But I put the Teslacam folder on a separate drive...

Thanks for the detailed pictures and notes on the differences of the two tires. I am surprised about the webbing on one and not the other on the tread, but would be concern about that. I personally wouldn't put the one with part of the foam ripped off as it would change the balance of the tire...

Thanks for the note. I don't think it's a factory mistake, I think they just didn't care and didn't want to create another mold or whatever. I agree that the direction should be symmetrical for sure. I hope to find some universal covers that can go on any wheel, but it's a task that has come...

Not me, but I have heard some stories....where the aluminum plate held up as evident by dents and scratches.

That's what I did and it too a while to get done as one of the screw backs was loose so I had to cut the old cover off, just at that spot at the front for one screw. I was going to offer it for free to someone that might have rip theirs. Still works, but just need to stop or glue the 1 inch...

How does one safely jack/life the car up to install this? I have the front skid plate, but not sure how to safely get under and install the thing! Thoughts? Thank you!

I bought a front aluminum skid plate and was wondering how to safely jack up and lift the model 3 to get under it? Jack from the rear jack points and then use wood under the front jack points? Use a ramp, like Rhino ramps? Where else can one put jack stands safely under the model 3...
