Just got the same version on my Model S! Local road autosteer is much better for me with this update.

The autosteer on local roads is greatly improved with this release. It still has some troubles such as very steep curves when you are 35mph or higher. But WAY better than the results I was getting with the last version.

It was the power steering (AP2 cars don't have autopilot yet.) The message said something like "Steering assist greatly reduced, please call Tesla service" Basically, I could hardly turn the steering wheel. After a power down steering worked normally and has continued to do so since then.
