    Tesla Software updates - Australia

Yes it's a driving aid but the thing I don't get is why my Kia can do all the TACC things in traffic without freaking out like Tesla does. I've never had a phantom brake on the Kia and it's software hasn't been updated ever. Was hoping that Tesla's software would catch up over the past year...

    warning tone volume adjustment?

Try turning on Joe mode, although that makes all tones and beeps 50% softer

    Tesla Software updates - Australia

I'm the same with low trust level, it's the late braking of TACC and Phantom braking for me that make me wonder how Kia can get their variable cruise control so much better than a company focusing on this automation. I'll try it all of course in empty lots and empty freeways. Can't miss this...

Tesla gen 3 charger - single phase vs 3 phase for Model 3 RWD (2023 model)

The writer seems to be from the US? And the pricing reflects that too. I would love a model 3 for only $45k haha

Tesla gen 3 charger - single phase vs 3 phase for Model 3 RWD (2023 model)

A link to the speeds for each car as further evidence that resolve03 is correct https://www.tesla.com/en_AU/support/home-charging-installation/wall-connector#charging-speeds

Tesla gen 3 charger - single phase vs 3 phase for Model 3 RWD (2023 model)

Depends on your priorities. I'd say go for 3 phase if the cost of install is around the same. You could, however, get away with a 32A outlet and UMC/32A tail setup which could end up cheaper and still give you a 7kw charge rate Cost, charge speed, future proofing, wall connector look vs UMC...

    Australian Model 3 Waiting Room

Lol agreed. And for that other reponse implying I was a Tesla hater, that's hilarious. Love my car, just overtook 6 cars and a bus this morning in an instant and no way my CX5 could have handled that. Will be a while before Tesla is caught up to in our market. Just didn't sit well with me...

    Australian Model 3 Waiting Room

Not only that, if their cars continue to have more software glitches than the other brands like they do now, they will suffer even more

    Australian Model 3 Waiting Room

Hopefully 3 weeks is accurate. I saw a polestar the other day and it looked great, less sporty but stylish

    Tesla Software updates - Australia

Cheers. The instructions weren't for 2022 models but similar enough. Not all of it is needed either, just the plug under the rear seat not the 12v. Booted itself after 5 minutes, sounded like it was gonna explode, but cameras are back lol

    Tesla Software updates - Australia

I've tried these fixes multiple times with no luck. The final thing to try is a factory reset but I'm hesitant... I'm so tempted to try unplugging the 12v to see if that does anything I raised a service with Tesla as this affects my safety, will see what they say

    Tesla Software updates - Australia

New one for me today, cameras worked ok in the morning. I parked for 5 mins and came back to blank cameras. Not liking the latest update. Soft reset and power off didn't fix it
