I know this is an old post, but what caught my eye was the party about the touch up paint only being good for a year. Can anyone expand on that? Can I make it last for longer that that? What’s the purpose of I have to keep doing this every year?

I got the mobile connector. You will NOT have 14-50. The only thing you have is the wall connector, J1772, and plug connector for the slowest option to charge(5-15) standard 3 prong wall outlet. But it works! Just not the 14-50
