We should be only upset with a defective heat pump during this cold weather, but the drop in price after aggressive and 3 week early delivery and taking away 1 year premium subscription are not helping.

The point being why do they take away what they granted confirmed by emails and shown in our cars and Tesla website.

I had the same in my car and under my account on Tesla website. The email was not sent by mistake. My car showed the same 1 year subscription until yesterday.

Wow! My heat pump stopped working after 1 week of driving. I have scheduled for a service visit in 2 weeks, but I have been driving cold. How is this possible? I traded my perfect Model 3 for this. Kinda regret trading my Model 3 2 weeks too early. Let me know if you get compensated somehow!
