Do the 2022 model Y’s without AMD ryzen have radar or Tesla vision?

I text my sa to ask since delivery is now in 3 days if I have the AMD ryzen but he hasn’t responded, probably because he told me all the new 2022’s he told me should have them, or he could be busy lol
