Thats because you are referring to the Senate bill that stalled out, it had retroactive credits into 2021. This House bill does not. Sure, the language could change, but so far they don't seem to be focusing much on the EV tax credits.

Hello, that comment is from October of 2020, the 7 day return policy has since been eliminated. Check the car over at delivery, reject if it doesn't meet your quality standards. I believe this is your only option these days.

Feel free to sell it now while it is still likely worth more than you paid for it. That said, your next EV will do the same.
