What did you find out?

As someone whose 2018 Tesla Model 3 just got smacked by a semi and totaled out by my insurance carrier (with what did not appear to be damage that would total out any other vehicle)... I am hesitant to buy EAP or FSD on my replacement 2023 Model Y for this reason. IF YOUR TESLA IS TOTALLED 3...

Agree re need to offer extended follow distance well beyond 7 setting. That and auto pilot allows a lane change in front of a semi WAY too close. Auto pilot can recognize semi’s, so why can’t it apply different lane change safe distances in front of semis?

This drives me nuts! I thought it was using the volume setting on the phone maybe, but no. Doesn’t matter. I can turn volume down on my phone and on the steering wheel and it still relates to max in a minute or two.

what was the resolution to your smell issues? any updates?

any resolution to this smell issue. I have it too. I notice it for sure any time it is humid outside. but other times as well. It is noticeable. Musty smell.

What did you figure out about this? I have had the same thing, but just thought it was something I had in the trunk. It was not. Noticed the other day that it seems to appear just as the hvac fan kicks in shortly after I get in the car.

It is super fast! I work on the 14th floor of my building. I park outside on a surface lot. I hit the AC on the app before I get in the elevator (car has been 106+ at start) and by the time I get to my car (minutes) it is in the 70's. It is AMAZING! Game changer. I loved the remote start...

Mine protrude too. Early on after delivery in April, I asked about it. They said they all do, within spec. I compared to every Model 3 in the lot for delivery and they all protruded, so I kind of shrugged and moved on. That said, there's no way they were DESIGNED to protrude. Nothing else...

intersting. A friend on this forum had a rattle in his Model 3 after delivery. Couldn't figure it out. Took it in for service to address and they found a loose TOOL rattling around in the floor pan. 11,000's ish VIN Nothing should rattle. If it rattles, get it checked out. not saying it...

Does not appear to be any blending. They had it 4 days, but that was partially due to my schedule as I was out of town for work.

did you do 35% tint all around on the windows? What did you put on the front window and rear window?
