I have a 2014 85 with the sunroof and I am not really noticing any noise from it at all. I have another ev without a sunroof and it's actually noisier from the windows I think the seals are not that great. Have you gotten it checked out just to be sure that is normal wind noise?

Probably also depends on how comfortable the buyer is with dealing with absent owner. At the end of the day, as long as you get the money and they get the car and title it's just like a private party transaction. Check on taxes for the state the sale is being done in. The dmv site also helps...
