I called them today and they said they pushed a software update on the 5th but never followed up with me. I explained again that this is a physical wiring issue and she said she would let the level 2 techs know they need to roll a truck out. TBD I guess.

Getting my final inspection from power company as I type. I hav ebeen able to do everything except export to grid up until now. I did select the charge from grid option a couple times to test out the PWs. They charge slowly from the grid.

The PW3s are completely open on the bottom and will allow for pests wasps and whatever to easily get up in there, especially with the heat sink grooves. Any ideas on a mesh or something to put in there?

Ha haven’t heard anything from them yet, I need to call them back.

Curious if they will be happy about me removing the panel.

So I decided to pop off the front today and see if maybe the ethernet cable was bad. The cable is fine between them. However, when I press on the bottom wiring harness on the bottom left, the middle power wall actually came on. It seems that I have a short or something in that wire bundle...

The 2 seemed to be off this morning so fully rest, I guess. I turned them back on and same thing. Also, I got an email saying my system passed inspection….wtf? I called support and they are creating a case for level 2. Appreciate all the help and tips in here!

Thanks again. I flipped the switch and breakers on #2 and #3 and will leave it till morning. The light is still on on #3 and i flipped the switch an hour ago. #2 light is never on.

Thank you. I was able to connect with the Tesla pros app! 2 show unable to read data and “check CAN wiring”.

Just tried this app. Signed in with my Tesla creds, selected Powerwall and entered serial number. Connected to wifi but doe snot seem to retreive device info. Did you choose regular powerwall or inverter?

I will try turning off 2 tonight. What number are you using to call them for support? I get no info in the app.

I have Home Assistant but I can't figure out what password to use. I entered the IP of the primary PW on my network. What password did you use? My Home page shows x3 powerwalls. But I am sure only 1 is working right now as far as the graphs show (alothough still missing or not reporting correct...

Other issues in the App is that nothing is reporting correctly and there is no support information anywhere for PW3. I probably would have been fine with PW+/2 since I got 3 of them and wouldnt be worried about limitations.

Yep, same with me, I am unable to export to grid but have "full service". Although i honestly think only 1 of the 3 is working based on charge and discharge amounts on the PW and solar production. Was just installed on Friday so hopefully I can get support tomorrow.
