    2021 M3LR Range only 330

It’s likely that you have a lower capacity (physical or software locked) than the car that was rated at on the epa.

    Kia EV6

What did you think of the Ioniq 5? I’m considering one in addition to the current Model 3 LR. Trying to get a test drive, but it’s proving difficult!

London to Manchester without stopping? [SR+]

@GRiLLA, Is that ABRP route based on your LR? I just did the same on my 2020 refresh and I get this result, just curious 😊. Like others have said, it’s actually best just to drive how you want to and let the car figure it out. I did the “trying not to stop” scenario and ended up mixing it with...

MASTER THREAD: 2021 Model 3 - Charge data, battery discussion etc

So the displayed vs advertised will be even more adrift for the cars arriving from China then, fair enough.

MASTER THREAD: 2021 Model 3 - Charge data, battery discussion etc

I wonder why the Europe/UK LG/capped Panasonic never showed even 353 miles (the advertised epa at the time) then? Not sure what’s changed so that they are advertising 360 miles with a 75kwh battery? Although advertised and what ends up being displayed on the screen are two different things I...

MASTER THREAD: 2021 Model 3 - Charge data, battery discussion etc

Can 580km/360 miles be extracted from only 75kwh?

    4.18.11 arrived about 30mins ago…NO FSD for me :)

Range Loss Over Time, What Can Be Expected, Efficiency, How to Maintain Battery Health

That will be due to Tesla still capping the Panasonic battery I assume to match the LG possibly? Circa 75kwh from memory. No UK car has shown the 352 miles as yet I believe. Happy to be corrected though.

Model 3 Heat Pump PT Sensor Replacement (P2) - recall - service message

My LR was delivered on the 11th December, no message for me either.

    Michelin Pilot Sport EV [tires]

We get the Pilot Sport 4, as per the attachment. The e primacy is the same wet weather rating but lower roll resistance, also see the other attachment. Pretty pleased so far, not noticed any increase in noise either.

    Michelin Pilot Sport EV [tires]

The stock tyre for the AWD LR in the UK is the Michelin Pilot Sport 4 (summer) :) They have the acoustic foam and are designated TO, I.e. Tesla specific. So I’ve swapped a summer tyre for a summer tyre. I also have Goodyear Vector gen 4 all seasons for Nov-Mar. I imagine anything fitted with...

    Michelin Pilot Sport EV [tires]

I fitted the e Primacy on my LR with 18 inch wheels a couple of weeks ago. So far so good. They seem slightly more comfortable than the stock summer pilot sport 4 acoustic/TO. Haven’t driven enough to see if they’re more efficient, they are supposed to be though. Grip seems fine, certainly...

    Panasonic v LG Batteries

Europe also has soft locked Panasonic batteries to match the LG lower capacity. No soft locks in the US.

    Tyres - How’s it going?

Just fitted the e primacy to my long range. Will monitor to see if they appear to help with energy consumption/range. They don’t seem any noisier/quieter than the Michelin PS4 acoustics...but have only traveled 4 miles so far :)
