We get the Pilot Sport 4, as per the attachment. The e primacy is the same wet weather rating but lower roll resistance, also see the other attachment. Pretty pleased so far, not noticed any increase in noise either.

Europe also has soft locked Panasonic batteries to match the LG lower capacity. No soft locks in the US.

Just fitted the e primacy to my long range. Will monitor to see if they appear to help with energy consumption/range. They don’t seem any noisier/quieter than the Michelin PS4 acoustics...but have only traveled 4 miles so far :)

I went with Asda tyres and got it fitted by at home via Halfords mobile, they had the Tesla specific tyre in stock. The fitter knew all about the jacking points and duly handed him my pucks 😊.

It will be interesting to see what your rated range displays once you collect the car. I received mine (UK) on the 11th December and it has never displayed the rated range. I think the most it ever did was 340 miles.

My December build LR has never displayed the 353 EPA range unfortunately.

The issue with the refresh models is that they have never displayed even the EPA range with a box fresh, warm battery. Advertised EPA range for a LR is 353 miles epa, which is displayed on US models. Models delivered from both Fremont and China to Europe display circa 330-335 miles. Refresh...

The displayed range discrepancy is due to European cars having either an LG battery, with less capacity than the original Panasonic, or an original Panasonic battery that has been soft locked. This is potentially to level up, or down depending which way you look at it, batteries across Europe...

Similar pattern here. Car sat apart from the 8.1kwh charge. Maximum of 17hrs before drawing circa 2kwh, less than 3hrs last night/this morning and topped itself up with 0.9kwh.

Have you had the noise investigated? I also have a 2021 AWD. Not driven the car for a while, bit from memory it made a few odd sounds that I attributed to the heat pump. Seems to emit all sorts of grumbles.

My 2021 LR seems to pull 1.8-1.9kwh every 12-16 hours. This seems circa 1kwh more than the previous software.

Nice comparison. I only had a brief test drive in a 2020 LR before getting my 2021 LR last month. It does seem quieter from what I recall though.

Assuming you have 19 or 20 inch wheels then a displayed range of 310 is great. The EPA, which the car uses as the display reference, is 304 for 19s and 299 for 20s :) There definitely seems to be a bit of balancing going on with the range of the 2021 LR AWD versions due to the two battery types...

From the manual. It states the driving range display is not affected by external conditions. Of course the estimated range will be affected by a number of variables though.

Bottom of page 7 starts to summarise the situation a little, screen grab below. The E5D is the LG, and the one I think I have due to the current lack of range. It’s only the LR that’s affected I believe. The performance actually has a 82 kWh performance battery.
