I installed the Tesla Wall Charger myself, and it is not very hard to do. I strongly recommend you to have it and install it all by yourself… All you have to do is buying a 50A breaker and a cable from the wall breaker to the Tesla Wall Charger. You have to install the TWC and connect the cable...

Do I need to have fasteners to install them or use screws come with mud flaps?

I do not think this will work on 2021 model S, because RPM emailed back to me with ‘no’ to their mud flaps for 2020 model S.
