Hang in there. I was 2 days from entering my window (for the 3rd time) when my EDD move out 2 weeks. 4 days later I got the VIN!

I think you have to call. I actually responded “yes” to the text from the SA bot that said the car was there and do I want to come earlier than my scheduled appointment. Then I received a phone call from a human.

Yes you’ve been waiting long enough! A 3 week window is a good sign. Hope you get a VIN before you hit the 1 year mark!

How did you learn the born date?

Mine left on 7/22. On 7/25 I received a text & email to schedule delivery for 8/5, 8/6 or 8/8. My understanding is they rail to Chicago and truck from there.

I hope that didn’t happen to you! I scheduled my pick up today for 8/8 in Cherry Hiill NJ. I have to drive 2.5 hrs to get there. I’d be pretty pissed if they were that incompetent.
