New iPhone 15 Pro car won't always unlock

I have the opposite issue. I upgraded from an iPhone Pro Max to a 15 Pro and whereas my car could be opened if I was within 2 or 3 metres, it now opens easily from inside the house or in line of sight in the garage from a distance of about 8 metres! Going to have to turn Bluetooth off regularly...

    Loosing maps / satellite imagery

Not just UK. Early June I had this when driving back through Belgium towards France.

Yep mines the same. It now hesitates where it never would have before. Same route and time every day, so it’s one I know well.

    Noise from A/C Compressor?

Good morning, thought I’d give an update and thank everyone who commented with ideas. Thank you! 😊 The noise was thought to be the compressor fan by Tesla but upon dismantling to change it they found a small stone that had become trapped around the fan causing the noise. Stone removed, system...

    Noise from A/C Compressor?

It’s booked in with Tesla now - I think it may be the compressor as I only hear it with the A/C on.

    Noise from A/C Compressor?

Hi, I have what I believe to be a pulley or belt to do with the A/C issue whereby it is creating quite a loud noise. It is booked in with Tesla but not until a couple of weeks time for the first appointment. It seems to be noisy when I come to a stop and disappears if I turn the A/C off. Fan...

2019 Model 3P insurance rocketed this year?

My 2020 M3P with all changes - tinted rear windows and decorative changes to the dash (carbon fibre) divulged was £460 last year and they wanted £780 at renewal. Phoned them up and got it down to £600 which is not too bad based upon it covering 18,000 miles a year with business use. My wife is...

Tesla open up the SuC network [in UK]

Agreed. They have a good network. I was in the Netherlands in April and visited 7 supercharger sites. The only vehicles there were Teslas. I’m guessing the majority of non-Tesla EVs use the good existing infrastructure such as Fastned and Allego.

    How Secure Are Teslas/Tesla Thefts

My experience a couple of years ago was different. I got a flat tyre on the M20 and was recovered on a low loader 45 miles away to the nearest place that had a tyre in stock. When checking the app whilst on the low loader (I was sitting in it due to covid restrictions not allowing me in the cab)...

    2021 Model 3 Performance 18" Winter Tyres

Ouch! I won’t be ever going to them then! 😯

    2021 Model 3 Performance 18" Winter Tyres

The Pirelli‘s and Michelins are dear and seemingly difficult to get hold of too. I have experienced a rapid deflation event and then a puncture 1000 miles later, both on the right hand rear tyre. First cost £210, the second £285. Difficult to get hold of and the second t8ne I had to come back...

    2021 Model 3 Performance 18" Winter Tyres

Sorry to hear of your plight this is another reason (potholes / tyre availability) why I recommended the 18” wheels. Hope you get it sorted soon.

    Stated Range vs Real World

Yesterday I did a trip in my M3P 2020 model. 4 up with the car laden with holiday gear, I went from Ashford, Kent to the Amesbury supercharger and used 50% battery to do the 133 miles. Not bad for 7c (although not particularly cold). Pretty pleased with that I was trying to see what was...
