I just got assigned a VIN to a model Y that is headed to Turning stone. I am leasing. Have people had success yet picking up there? Can I bring my trade in there?

I just started another thread related to this in that my order page changed to asking for details yesterday without an email to alert me to enter details. White/black LR AWD no FSD and 19” Gemini wheels.

So my order page asked for details including registration information and financing yet I have not yet received an email. It says drafting contract is the next step (being in NY I can’t get insurance without a a VIN). Has this happened to others?

For those of us with car seats it would be nice to know the distance from the seat bottom to the door opening. The 3 is sort of low and small until you get in past the roof pillar making it hard to get a kid in and out of a seat and nice to know if the Y fixed that.

I would check KBB for the value of your car on trade and then find out what a dealer buyout is to give you an idea of what it would cost to get out. Probably a few thousand.

what did you order and when?

That makes me feel better I don’t want it until September. Any model 3 owners have experience with declining once you get a VIN and how long it takes to get offered another? Weeks? Months?
