I was told from 1-888 number that home delivery is not an option if you live within 220 or 200 mi radius from closest DC. I called in my local DC and asked if they can schedule a home delivery regardless and she said yes as an exception. so i guess its worth asking.

I don't know if this will help but another SA I spoke with yesterday said white/black color batches take the longest. So, that might be the reason why mine was assigned earlier than yours :( Hope you get VINed soon!
