Same here. Only visible in car (if disabled) but visible both in car and app if enabled.

I got it in the app first but I had to reset my Y computer for it to show up in the car. Once I did that, I had the CoS option both places for ~3hr. Now, however, if I disable CoS in the app, the menu disappears entirely until I reactivate it in the car. Am I just missing something? CoS settings...

I just had this feature activated and can confirm that during a night with charge on solar enabled, my soc didn't change at all. So maybe it has the sunset/sunrise times loaded from the cloud? Surely Tesla is smart enough to know not to keep the car awake during nighttime hours. Not sure about...
