Park and Summon is part of FSD (and EAP). You should see Summon in the app. As for Auto Park, it's hit or miss when you see the "P" appear on the screen. You need to be driving super slow near parking spaces for it to appear. Reference: I also have the latest version of FSD (v12.3).

I may try asking them to turn it on again before I get PTO. It doesn't make sense that I need PTO for Charge on Solar to appear. You'd think it'd be available before PTO since it would help absorb excess energy from the panels.

I forgot to post back in this thread, but I solved it. Similar to what you did. I did a chat support session with the Wall Connector team, and they were able to remove my wall connectors from my account right away. Then, I just had to re-add them to by scanning the QR codes of each Wall...

FWIW, my install team told me only the top two screws are the one-time use screws. The good news is, I see in the Tesla One app, you can order these screws. It wasn't expensive and I think they came in a pack of 5 or 6 screws.
