I haven't checked it lately, but a few months ago, PVoutput.org has detailed instructions on how to generate, upload and keep logs of your Powerwall data. I kept logs, polling every 5 minutes to 1/2 hour for weeks.

Wayne, maybe you should just confirm with PG&E that they still consider you the developer. About a month ago Tesla and SGIP had a big confidential meeting and I guess this was the outcome. At least get Tesla to commit to you in whatever step you are in.

I will tell you from my own experience it took 7 months after install to get my rebate check. And I submitted documents immediately after they were requested or scheduled. I made some mistakes and Tesla made some mistakes with paperwork. When mistakes were made or SGIP wanted more clarity or...

I agree we need Germany to step up and provide some real competition. I have faith in Germany, I really hope it is only 3-5 years behind. I like Teslas but they are lot of money with no real luxury feel. With Germany on their backs I am sure that will change. Well, just my opinion.
