Same here. This may not be specific to 42.4. Also tried power down. Still running 42.2 from early last Wednesday. NoA worked 'fine' yesterday. Suddenly this morning, 'no cruise' and gray lane lines were fixed and off center. After reboot no lane lines, still no cruise.
