    Any risks ordering inventory cars?

Dear ewoodrick, I can see from your insult why you are a 'well-known' forum member. In answer to your false assumptions: First- this will be my fifth Tesla, so I have plenty of new car buying experience, especially Teslas. (Wrong on point one.) Second- I am not complaining, I am informing this...

    Any risks ordering inventory cars?

Placed an order for an inventory M3 RWD on Friday. When I went to pay on Saturday, Tesla had raised the price $210. Didn't catch it before paying. Contacted my manager, says he will fix it. He said that happened to several buyers Saturday. Not good, Tesla. A deal is a deal.

[Resolved]Tesla won't let me keep charger, claiming restricted

Could be they didn't want to return the part to the OP because it was a good part. After taking things apart, they charged for the replacement.

Model 3 Zooms Through Boring Tunnel at 116 MPH

Nice to know the Model 3 can go 116mph. The fastest I've gone is 115.

After low ball offers by Carmax and Tesla, sold it myself - Huge Difference!

With a trade-in you get a sales tax advantage. On a $25,000 car, that can be $1,500. On a $50,000 car, $3,000. That saving should be factored in when considering an offer. In some states, CarMax will work with Tesla and make the trade-in part of the new car sale.

Motortrend- Tesla Model 3 beats Genesis G70 and BMW 330i

No, not Motortrend. That statement is my personal opinion. And thanks for the applause.

Motortrend- Tesla Model 3 beats Genesis G70 and BMW 330i

Whatever the vehicle configuration, this is an historic comparison. Four auto critics from the biggest automotive magazine had to concede that the Tesla 3 was the best in a comparison of three top $50K sedans. There is no going back. ICE cars will be obsolete in a decade.

Motortrend- Tesla Model 3 beats Genesis G70 and BMW 330i

Why? They tested the Tesla 3 LR AWD version. As it was, the 330i costs $6K more. Even the Standard+ RWD, at $20K LESS, would take the BMW in 0-60 by .1 second.

Motortrend- Tesla Model 3 beats Genesis G70 and BMW 330i

A May 22, 2019 article on motortrend.com compared three $50,000 range sedans- Tesla Model 3, 2019 BMW 330i, and Motortrend Car of the Year 2019 Genesis G70. The Tesla 3 won first place.

Mid Range Car with a Standard Range Battery?

Bad advice. NEVER run your Tesla to zero miles. And a two-week-old Model 3 battery doesn't need balancing. Tesla 3 Owners Manual, page 122: Never allow the Battery to fully discharge. Discharging the Battery to 0% may result in damage to vehicle components. RTFM!

3M Crystalline vs PINNACLE vs Suntek CIR vs LLumar CTX vs Wincos Tint

I didn't want too dark so I chose 3M Crystalline 40% on the sides and back window (up to the defrost lines). I'm in Houston and paid $399.00 at Executive Motorsports. The windshield (3M Crystalline 70%) would be $250.00 more, or Suntek CIR is $200.00 extra.

Don't buy FSD for $2k more. [from 2019 - FSD upgrade not available for 2k at this time]

And, if you agree to a partial refund, such as the $1,000.00 discussed elsewhere, you will have nothing to dispute.

Don't buy FSD for $2k more. [from 2019 - FSD upgrade not available for 2k at this time]

That applies only if you had received the goods or services you purchased. If merchants are unable to dellver within a specified/reasonable time frame, the buyer should be offered the option of a refund or an extension to the wait time. In this case, there is no financial harm to the seller...

Don't buy FSD for $2k more. [from 2019 - FSD upgrade not available for 2k at this time]

Depending on your determination and comfort level, you could dispute the charge with your CC company, if paid that way. It would be difficult for them to show you have received anything.
