Actually yes, it is. I charged there several times and it subtracted some of my referral miles. I complained to Tesla Customer service, and they confirmed that charging is free there and my miles were refunded to my account.

Anyone else being charged to use these Superchargers? I thought the Florida Turnpike Superchargers were free. Telsa themselves verified to me that Ft. Drum was free.

Mine were pretty slow less than 150 KW but I was over 60% and was just trying them out before I went back to WPB

I charged there Thursday night. Ten of the fifteen chargers are working. The five to the right were all dark.

Drove by yesterday and it looked like the transformer has been installed but still no meter.

I think they are still waiting for FP&L to install the transformer and meter?
