Tesla Announces Color-Change Wrap Service in China

I am another Model X owner disappointed with the paint. $130k for this car and on the first 2000 mile road trip, I have to have the front professionally buffed out because bugs ruined the finish. 150k road miles on my Escalade and 100k miles on my Lexus and that was NEVER an issue... and the...

    X-Rack / Cargo Tray

Back from first road trip with the X-Rack and their luggage bags. Minimal, if any, effect on range. Other than the rear view camera, we forgot they were there. Did not hamper opening the rear door. Made extremely well. Tucks away perfectly in the Trunk. Quick on and off. You can get a...

Road Trip Range with Bike or Cargo Rack

1000 mile road trip with the new cargo tray and we did not notice any change in the range. AP worked fine. Same parking warning, but it was not an issue. I would add that, unlike my Escalade, it was great to be able to see the cargo in the rear view camera continuously. Great way to keep an...

    Model X Cargo Measurements

Nevermind. I got it. a 40"x 30" cargo net should work great.

    X-Rack / Cargo Tray

I couldn't wait for your review....LOL. I ordered one today. I also ordered the dual truck luggage bags on sale. Better than trying to fit regular luggage in there for road trips. I like not leaving luggage exposed in the back. Hopefully this set up works out as good as it looks. I also...

    Model X Cargo Measurements

I am ordering a cargo net for my Model X. Unfortunately, my wife has the Tesla out for the day. Does anyone know the measurements for the 4 rings to connect the cargo net to? This will tell me what size net to order and have it taunt. Thanks.

    X-Rack / Cargo Tray

Requesting Reviews: I am considering ordering a hitch mounted cargo tray from X-Rack. This model is made specifically for the Model X. Light weight, aluminum, and fits perfectly in the trunk when not in use. Expensive, but appears worth it for Road Warriors. Has anyone purchased and used one...

Road Trip Range with Bike or Cargo Rack

Sorry if this is redundant. A search did not find any similar threads. We are taking our first real road trip in our 2019 Model X. We are considering a Cargo Tray Hitch Rack or a Hitch Bike Rack with 2 bikes. Both would be under the recommended 120lb max weight. Has anybody kept track of...

Blog Tesla Launches Model Y Configurator in China

Hopefully he will get a Tesla plant in Texas built quickly so our Y's and CyberTrucks can be built by American workers. Fingers crossed...

Blog Tesla Launches Model Y Configurator in China

Love my Tesla X. I am a total fan. I will probably by a CyberTruck next. Considering the world today, I would prefer Elon not use Communist China to build cars for America. Sell them in China... no problem. ABC whenever reasonably possible. Lots of Americans could use these Tesla jobs...

SoCal Traffic Jam Effect on Battery

I guess the fact that we were on totally flat freeway, stopped most of the time, and about 45 degrees out helped a lot. During the summer, 115 degrees, AC on, going up Baker grade at a crawl and the results might be different...

Daaang blink why you so expensive

Blink is the only one I have tried. My Tesla charger at home is set at 240v/40A and it works great. I never ever have an issue at home. I've never had an issue finding a convenient Super Charger in another city or on a freeway. They seem to be adequately spaced. But most hotel / motel...

SoCal Traffic Jam Effect on Battery

Traveling back on I-15, ran into a 40 minute stop and crawl forward due to a bad accident between Barstow and Baker. It was cold out so we had butt warmers on but heater off. We had 142 miles of range when we stopped with no idea of how long we'd be stuck. (We'd been stuck like this numerous...

Daaang blink why you so expensive

I also signed up for Blink and gave it a try in SoCal. It was promoted as Level 2. In about 2 hours of charging, it gave me 32 miles of range and charged my AMX about $4.68!!! Commuters were leaving their cars charge there all day. At this rate, how is it cost effective? How could you use...

WON'T STOP CHARGING OR LET ME UNLOCK! :(

My X almost never disconnects at home the first time. Nothing seems to fix it consistently. I just figure its a fixable bug. A little frustrating, but not a big deal for me.
