Tesla move fast. They have already moved in to part of the site and will be running test drives from there as at tomorrow whilst the permanent showroom is being done.

They are not taking the whole building. This is approximately what they are taking. They are doing a decent refit so it’s not short term.

Good move, because if you ordered in December you’d be just as likely to get a November or December build car.

I’ll post this info here just to revive this thread again for old time’s sake: I can confirm that in the month of August 911 cars arrived to Tesla in Australia. (S, X and 3) Once delivered, these cars will bring the total number of Teslas delivered in Australia to 4,453.
