The service Center has access to a lot of information about the car that we don’t. It is possible that something is wrong that they haven’t caught but it’s more than likely you are hyper fixated on the rear end since the incident. Maybe get other people to drive the car that don’t know anything...

My service Center will charge the car for me (most have at least one supercharger on site inside) it I ask them too as I’m 2 hours away from the service Center and the charger is on the other side of the city in which I have to go
