Same problem sort of here car charges but when it goes into preheat in the am I get the failed charging message

Mine says fully charged at 530 am then heat kicks on and I get a red tesla logo at the chargeport aleart on the car says mobile connecter cgfi tripped

This is happening on the latest software with my telsa mobile connecter as well

I went in and had to replace part vcfront. It is the front low voltage controler. They found a short in it. Out of warrenty it was 800 dollars with labor

Mine turned out to be a short in the vc front controller. Brought her in and got it replace 350 part 300 labor. Not to bad.

Yeah no luck brought the car in and they found a short in the vc front controller. Had it replaced out of warrenty. 350 dollar part 300 labor. Once replaced car is back to sleeping and no alarm.
