My experience lately at Lawrence is that they send you a txt message the night before with the stall number of the loaner you can use (with Plate etc) - and info. on how to fill in the loaner paperwork. A very straightforward process.

As a follow up - yes Kal Tire is doing swaps so I'm booked for tomorrow. For those of you in Toronto, they now have a location at Coxwell and Gerrard. Much better than rolling out to Scarborough.

Charging this afternoon. Starting at 243km (LR AWD) after a 120km drive so battery is/should be conditioned - getting about 68kW. Was expecting better throughput but still great to have one here.
