When looking at the map, it does look like there are a few superchargers in Manhattan. All of those are inside of paid parking garages. They are not cheap.

Yeah, you have to read between the lines. They'll have Level 5 in a couple years under certain circumstances on specific roads. They will expand that over years (or decades) with more advanced hardware. There will definitely be HW3 and more. Then there's battery tech, computers, voice...

Wanted to post a quick update. I had similar issues as OP. Today, in the garage, I shut down the car through the settings menu. I then left it there for about 8 hours. When I came back to the garage, the car was strangely on (I believe you're supposed to press the brake pedal to turn it back on...

Same issue. I haven't tried rebooting the car yet. I'll do that tomorrow. Interestingly, my VIN is similar to yours, 257XX. Production started exactly the same time.
