Software tab of the X says Enhanced Autopilot Included Package, which shows it knows I have it, yet I don't have the additional options available on the autopilot menu or phone app. I'm on version v10.2 (2020.36.11)

Agree. Drives me crazy. I thought they would have fixed it by now. If I recall correctly, in the past, the Homelink button was accessible when in reverse, so if it didn't automatically expand, it was no big deal. Now, the button is inaccessible when in reverse, which is incredibly frustrating...

Had to replace ours at just over 18,000 miles - average 265 Wh/mi. Pretty sad.

Not a chance if they reduce it from 2 screens down to 1. Having a Model 3 and a Model X, the Model X dual screens are far superior, IMO. Way more information spread out for less clutter that is all crammed into the one Model 3 screen.
