Well I was under the assumption it would be the Auto Center, not the actual attached mall store. The Auto Center is still up and still for lease. My understanding is that owners are asking too much for the financials to work for Tesla.

What car? If Model 3 what VIN? I have early vin Model 3 (11xxx) and no one has offered HW3 update yet.

My 2013 Model S has that noise, which I thought was because it was an older car. Now the 3 does it as well, but only since the 16.2 SW update. I too am not sure if it's because I'm using the AC more now that it's hotter or if it's from a SW change.

After and before: (8.5 vs 5.15) Seems interesting that I was 0.04s faster after the update (which is nowhere near 5% performance increase -- I would have expected at least 1/10th sec faster) and my 0-10mph shortened by 0.04s. There are variations in different points of the run as below. Same...
