I know that Gordon does a lot of supercharger construction, but I have not yet seen many permits in New England using the prefab concrete base design. I think the sites under construction in Palmer (MA), Saco (ME) and Windham (ME) are using prefab but I don't think I've seen more than that...

Starlink is back and in operation. I actually was able to see it searching for a signal (dish moving) at one point. Wifi connects automatically once you put it in park. I tested range and it seems to be about 100 ft. Speed test from in-car browser:

The transformer is landed on its pad and the feeder cable is connected at utility pole with new fusing. There is a lock on the cosmetic enclosure doors now (so the metering/control cabinets inside might be allowed to be energized, though not necessarily). The charging posts are being installed...
