Happened 3x yesterday going home. Today, so far, not even once. I got worried yesterday as it was 3 times in a 30 min drive. I will report back if issue continues...good to hear it was fixable on Tesla or ATT end.

Update to sound dropping out and the above. Eventually I could not reboot my main touchscreen. Had it serviced, got a new touchscreen and MCU. Just so folks know what eventually happened.

Could be wrong, but I think the Remote S app has a camping mode, which will automatically keep the AC going for as long as you want. Its not a perfect solution, but click the REMOTE S at the top middle of the app and read about Camp Mode. You have to keep your phone on and set to that app/page...
