You can buy the black lug nut covers from tesla for $1 each. Can also buy the center cap in black for $5. I had the center cap done as part of the wheel powder coating. Just bought the lug nut covers. Was told that even if you powder coat the lug nuts, they scratch with the lug wrench every time.

If your 22's have summer tires, I would strongly encourage you to change out to the 20's with M&S tires. I am up here in Tahoe with our X and I have 19s with full winter tires (Blizzaks) and it is an amazingly capable car with true winter tires. The only thing that concerns me are the morons...
