I am following but if I am reading correctly the colorado 5k rebate is like the federal 7500 pos ? A purchaser or lessee of a qualifying motor vehicle can assign the credit to the financing entity or, for purchases or leases on or after January 1, 2024, to the motor vehicle dealer.

Ill stop withholding for the first 7500 since pos is not up for tesla and to ensure I get a 2024 and not remaining 23 inventory. =)

I went in today to do a test drive on an X. Local store said that if I ordered it today it would be here in 2-3 weeks And that there is no change on x for 23/24 model years. Getting it that quick sounds like id be getting the last of the 23’s instead of a 24. Of course no change on pos rebate so...
