Well my point is Model Y acceleration boost shaves off half a second on the car's 0-60 mph time, dropping from 4.8 to 4.3 though software only. $2000. So why not offer the same thing for the MYP? If it's even possible.

Is it even possible? Personally, I'd gladly shell out $2500 for a sub-3 second blast to 60. Maybe even $3K. Other EVs are getting quicker all the time, and I want to keep up! Or am I dreaming?

I just dumped my Uberturbines on my 22 MYP and couldn't be happier. For one, the rear OEM Pirellis were down to 1/8" tread depth after only 6500 miles. I didn't care for the jarring ride, and hated to deal with rim-rash issues. All that is gone now. Stance FS03 19x8.5 wheels (23lb) all around...

I installed 8.5x19 Stance wheels on my MYP - with Michelin 255/45/19s, and am very happy with them. The tire sticks out enough to make a difference but not enough to look out-of-place.

I can tell you that in my case the specs on the Stance SF03s state the wheel weighs 21lb - but on my scale it registered as 24lb. So maybe they all fudge a bit. Can't remember where I got this Enkei speadsheet, but notice they state "Estimated Weight."

UPDATE: The connection now works and the fix was simple. I just configured the "Guest" network option on the Orbi (with WPA2 and password) and it connected. Don't know why, but maybe less restrictions? Anyway, maybe that helps someone having the same problem.

What is the security setting on your router, Roy? I have to turn off security on my Orbi mesh router before I can connect to the car to download updates. It will not connect with WPA/WPA2-Personal security enabled. However, since the Wall Charger should be set to WPA2, I wonder if the car will...

I really don't have any choice on the security page. You just supply your wireless network name, network key (password) and security method (None, WPA2-personal, WPA3-personal, or WPA/WPA2-personal). Pretty typical configuration for any wireless router.

I didn't think about the wall connector but that's what I consider an essential item for home charging. It is indeed a wise investment!

I used 30% - the tint shop said the rear windows were 25% so the fronts are a little lighter than the rears, but almost no difference. I'm very pleased with 30%.

Tirerack says it will work. I'm surprised it's rated for SUV weight, but 23lb wheel would be great! I just dumped my 21" Ubers for 19" Stance SF03s at 24lb, and I can definitely feel a difference in acceleration, efficiency, and ride quality.
