I don’t think PG&E is necessarily doing the hookup. There were heavy duty Michel Energy trucks putting up a new power pole and running some wires underground. I think they’re finally getting it done.

What’s the hold up on opening these? Exactly what does PG&E need to do? They have been finished and ready to go for a month now. Hoping they keep in line with Seaside and Marina at .35 kWh, and don’t set it like Del Monte center.

I took the delivery on the 12th..... I was patiently waiting for the supercharging to show up, but called Tesla just for kicks. They said they had me in the system as taking delivery on the 11th! What a headache, and they couldn’t change it from there, they had to forward it to my local...

There has been a few threads on this that I’ve seen. I’ve had this problem twice in my 2021. Formatting on the computer has worked both times when the format in car failed.

nah, I think you got that confused with the 3 months of FSD. Anyone who took delivery from the 12-31 gets a year of supercharging if.

Man, you got me excited. Maybe it’s like the software updates? Rolled out over a period of time? Not on my account yet, and j took delivery on the 12th.

Solved it for myself anyway. Seemed to be corrupted and have no footage when I attempted to view it on computer. I formatted it on the computer and it worked fine when I plugged it back in.

Ha, you’re doing exactly the same thing I’m doing. I actually had the option to format it through the car (it’s the brand new 2021 Model 3 and has the thumb drive included); problem is, there was an incident with footage I don’t want to delete if it was recorded.

Did a reboot, anyone have a solution? Take a look at the screen right of the easy entry. Click on it and nothing happens. Can’t pull up the viewer.

Got 456 miles on the car...... plus it’s sitting at 90% right now. To top that off, I think we’re sitting at the highest supercharging rate in the country here in Monterey, CA .36 per kWh

I was told the same thing, and to the best of my knowledge, everyone else has been too. Free Supercharging will show up in our accounts in mid January. Which is great for me..... I’m exclusively supercharging for the foreseeable future...... already spent $60 on charging in the first 5 days!
