    Roof crack from rock

Today while I was driving into work a rock flew off a truck and hit the front of my roof glass and cracked it. Do you know if this would be covered by the typical windshield insurance also who would I go for this type of replacement safe-lite or Tesla themselves? Finally does anyone know how...

    14-50 Wall connector over heating

It's a 50A breaker with #6 wire. It was installed by a licensed electrician that I have been friends with for 20 years and I saw the work and I understand this stuff pretty well so I don't think the issue is there. I could be wrong but the fact that even when I turn the amps down on the car to...

    14-50 Wall connector over heating

I don't think so I turned the amperage down to 30A and it still had issues. Even at 15A it has issues. But like I said the mobile connector has 0 issues.

    14-50 Wall connector over heating

Also the 14-50 wall connector will not charge after error unless I unplug-replug or hold down the reset for 5 seconds but then it charges for like 30 minutes and stops with errors etc...

    14-50 Wall connector over heating

Sorry for the late replies I was busy yesterday, the 14-50 plug is getting warm I guess. But when I use the Mobile connector nothing gets warm and the car charges fine. This thing has been not working properly since it started to warm up outside basically, first it was saying the plug on the car...

    14-50 Wall connector over heating

I have the Nema 14-50 wall connector and I noticed that the warmer the weather got the more it started to overheat to a point now that I have to use the included cable to charge my car because the 14-50 over heats way too easy. Same plug is fine with the included car adapter. I tried dialing...

Has anyone received the 14-50 wall connector yet?

On the same boat as others. I ordered it on 1/19 and crickets on shipping info or any info for that matter. I'm trying to persuade others towards Tesla, but I really don't want to discourage them with their awful support and I let them know up front too. Great products and design awful support.

    Parts lead times

Got the car back this Saturday so it took from hit to fix almost 3 months. Luckily my car was still perfectly drive-able and the repair took 9 business days.

    Parts lead times

Car went to the body shop yesterday. They got the bumper cover in on Friday so I guess that's still considered first week of Nov. Now let's see how long the body shop takes. Meanwhile I got an Infiniti Q70 which drives like a boat compared to the 3, and prob has one of the worst transmissions I...

    Parts lead times

Long story short. I got hit over a month ago now and got to a body shop within that week to look at my car. The damage was to the bumper cover, inner drivers side fender lining, rim-tire, and fog light, etc... They got all the parts in a couple weeks ago besides the bumper cover. Has anyone else...
