These a*holes get away with hit and runs because no one does anything to them. If they get reported to police and/or if they have to pay for the damage, maybe they will be more responsible next time. And with guys like that, there will be a next time.

Replace the MCU.

Yes happens to me all the time. My backup camera freezes or stutters so often that my backup procedure has become: I carefully watch the image on the screen and if it stops moving I stop the car and wait for it to catch up.

'Open Browser' works. All other voice commands work but can't get 'Close Browser' to work. It acknowledges my command by saying 'Closing Browser' but doesn't actually do it. It used to work. Anyone else having same problem?

That hasn't been my experience with Tesla. I had similar a problem and the service center tried several things to fix it and when those didn't work they installed a new MCU and fixed it.

The EV tax credit if it ever passes, gives a good chunk of change to new owners but the purchase price is limited to $55,000. The Model 3 that I want is listed at around $52,000 without FSD so that the $12,000 FSD would put it over the limit and thus the car would be ineligible for the credit...

Yeah thanks I finally found that out today.

The compass icon that sets map orientation is also missing when you are navigating somewhere because the Navigation panel covers it up.

I also had hardware updated to HW3 a while back and that was the hardware that needed to be replaced to fix the USB problem. It would be nice for you if your problem is just a bad USB drive so cross your fingers.
