mine does it. if you stop the song and start it again it goes away in my car. i do this by clicking the left steering wheel button twice really fast. i'm getting so good at it that it's an instinct.

it was solved for me with 2018.4.8. I'm on 2018.10.5, no issues.

i have had nothing replaced, so i can confirm it was 2018.4.8 that fixed it. I'm on to 2018.4.9, apparently 4.10 is on the way, with heated rear seats (some rumor i read on facebook tesla forum)
