I had this issue a few weeks ago, and just moved to the other end of the charging stack and it worked. Was pulling 163KW on a 2019 MX, so not bad when they work! They we're also very hard to find and no signage at all that I saw to direct to the charging location!

Ultimately I actually decided to return the V2 I had and instead got the V3. The V2 required separate communication wires to coordinate power sharing on the circuit. The V3 capability will be enabled via future firmware updates update. But since I only need one charging unit atm, and the future...

I have the 24' cord on this unit as well. That's another consideration.

We all need to just start calling BC hydro every day and asking for updates on the connection status.

I doubt that this version has a lower maximum output than does V2. I'm pretty sure that V2 was also maximum 48amps. How do you figure this?
