With personal leases though that’s exactly what they do. You literally pay the full amount for the extra over your lease. Makes no sense and it’s why you see so many ex lease cars with poverty spec. The only reason we make a saving via salary sacrifice is because of the tax/ni savings.

I just wanted to add that while options don't influence the GFV, you should still making a saving on any extra's you spec. So for example, my net payment increased by £30pm when adding the 20" induction wheels. £35 x 36 months = £1260 but as you all know they are in fact a £2k option.

Long term users - are there any billing issues if you turn off smart charging via the IO app and manually charge during the off-peak hours? Or is it best practice to leave it on and ‘bump charge’ instead?
