    Mileage

Yeah miles aren't really a good indicator of range Leave it in percent and get comfortable knowing how far you can go. For example, after just few days, you'll know that "hey it takes me 15% one way to get to work", so now you know for work driving, leave at the very least 40% to account for a...

March 2022 - Tesla Model Y Increases price by $1,000

I'm sure all those people who are "waiting" for that Ryzen chip upgrade understood that it's not coming for free. MYP jumped in 4k in price in the last 4-5 months.

    Match factory tint

My take on to shade match the rears (which I believe are around 23% factory) White Interior =15% Black Interior = 20% You also have to remember the insane amount of light that comes into the front windshield and the top sunglass.

    Match factory tint

Are you in WA? I have never heard of this nor have EVER seen anyone do it. Thought this was an east coast thing.

What’s your main reason for buying a MYLR or MYP

I chose the P because I don't ever usually need the full charge and after test driving both the LR and the P at my SC, it was clear I wanted the P. I came from a M5 before a Tesla

Dr ColorChip - Has anyone used it?

How does the touchup paint blend with Deep Blue Metallic? Does anyone on here have experience using touchup paint on their Model Y? I have a '22 MYP with less than 3k miles and I have a good 5-6 small rock chips across the hood and 1-2 on the front bumper. I purposely drive far from trucks too...

    Bad tint job? Need advice

Hit up Tinting To Go in Kent, WA He did ceramic tint all around on my MYP and the front windshield. Fair prices and even fixed an issue I had with the tint drying. Super professional and good prices. Curious to know what shop did this job?

Who can Beat my Average Whr/mile? (Over life of Car)

PNW area (lots of cold weather, never driven above 50F) Average is about 350 over the 3k miles I've had the car. Hopefully I'll be able to get into the mid 250s when the summer heats starts kicking in.

Your MY front lip spoiler now...

Those lime green calipers look sick, works well to make it Seahawks themed! Quick question what tint percentage do you have on the front windows? I just got 15% and it looks similiar but I also did a 50% on the front windshield.

Anyone tried Nansure Read Splash Guards? (Looks like OEM Front Mud Flaps)

Oh the Nansure ones are sick, I didn't even see those when I purchased mine. I'm sure they work really well too. Not sure if i'd want them on the rear however, as the front ones already scrape the speed bump in my neighborhood.

Tesla Mudflaps for front. What are you all using for the back?

I thought this too until I started putting them on my cars and it actually makes a good bit of difference, especially during snow and heavy rain. That's why I only dropped like $20 on mine and figured if they were awful, I could return them on Amazon. I think it also adds a nice aesthetic in the...

Tesla Mudflaps for front. What are you all using for the back?

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08TQ7YTWC/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Didn't see the need to justify the extra money on RallyArmors when the car should have came with it. Only installed the rears because the fronts already were installed OEM, and have held up great...

Anyone tried Nansure Read Splash Guards? (Looks like OEM Front Mud Flaps)

I installed these on my MYP within a week of having the car. I like how the front ones OEM are flexible so I only installed the rears and just kept the fronts in the trunk if ever need be, These fit great and took like 5 minutes to install, and have held up great to push snow, salt, etc off...

Model Y as a commuter on I95 in VA?

Headroom is way better on the Model Y, for reference I'm 6'2", and my head almost touches the top of the Model 3 backseat roof, whereas I got atleast 3-4 inches on the top and a full glass roof on the Model Y backseats (no divider in the roof like the Model 3). I wouldn't take 4 people the...

Model Y as a commuter on I95 in VA?

Model Y: Bigger, fits 5 comfortably if you take passengers 4x the cargo room of Model 3 Model 3: More affordable (51k vs 59k) Better handling and slightly better range than MY In either case, I would suggest installing a NEMA 14-50 or a Wall Charger at home, considering this is something...
