I collected PC550 yesterday - no USS. Didn't even have a pre-collection request to accept without them.

NEC. But most of the prep happens at Southampton. So unclear where it happened. Most of the marks are around the rear number plate. To be honest, I trust the specialist detailer that only does this day in day out more than anyone else. Also the cost of the coating/protection included...

I've got it. That's not very helpful. As everyone says the process is very light touch. Whoever cleaned it used a cloth full of grit. It's with the detailer now to be polished and ceramic coated. Only had my baby for about 2 hours. I would recommend that you check the paintwork very closely...

I had an online chat 7 days after scheduling collection at this point I requested the invoice and reg.

My MYLR collection is on 22nd November from NEC. I had a chat with them this morning and received my final invoice with reg no. Called the insurance company and it only cost £77 to revise my insurance for the rest of the policy (until July 2023). Very happy with that as I was seeing £1200+...

That is my working assumption.
