Ryan Shaw's Youtube Chanel and other close Tesla followers would have covered any hint of these changes. In a review of his recently collected (2nd) MY, Ryan Shaw still bemoans the light weight front trunk lid and its lack of automation. Gjeeps, another entertaining and informative Youtuber, agrees with Shaw and others, that today's MY is a much better car than the first Freemont produced vehicles..... but I guess we all know that.Power frunk, removed stalks and even the 'upgraded' 5mp cameras are all just wild speculation in my opinion at this stage. They are probably coming but not yet...I think there'd be pretty strong info coming/leaking out if these were amendments to the newly produced vehicles.
USS seems to be anyone's guess. I find it odd that some have had to accept their car comes without them, while others haven't.

So the first Q4 MYP has:With the hidden VINs appearing it’s time to get serious about Q4 2022.
Please share the experience of collection, where you actually went when collecting, the handover experience, any faults found on collection, first drives home, spec that came with the car and all positives and negatives.
These will be the first 2023 spec cars. Has Elon stolen our USS and indicator stalks? Has he gifted us power frunks?
Please don’t forget pictures too, just to make all those with EDDs in 2023 really jealous (sorry/not sorry).
Thank you for this - appreciate your replySummer tyres I'm afraid. Hankook Ventus if you have 19", Michelin Pilot Sport if 20".
Unless it's new for 2023 models, I haven't heard of any all season tyres that match speed and load specs for TMYs Geminis (104Y). You can find some CrossClimate on 104H at best but none will have the T0 OEM mark.
Hi Thank you for your reply. "standard" tyres are all summer, so that confirms other responses.Shanghai built Q2 Cars came, as standard, with Hancooks. I don't know if they are all season but I would think so. I have never chosen season specific tyres when replacing; I have assumed that the "normal" top end tyres are all season suitable.
What's NEC? Could you snap a picture of the front headlight for me?I'm off to the NEC at lunch to collect my MYLR (Batch 550). Let me know if you want me to look out for anything.
Congratulations! Safe drive home.I'm off to the NEC at lunch to collect my MYLR (Batch 550). Let me know if you want me to look out for anything.
It’ll be interesting to see if your LR matches the first MYP spec delivered last week.I'm off to the NEC at lunch to collect my MYLR (Batch 550). Let me know if you want me to look out for anything.
How did you get on? I think we are all dying to know.I'm off to the NEC at lunch to collect my MYLR (Batch 550). Let me know if you want me to look out for anything.
They only have one headlight now? What's NEC? Could you snap a picture of the front headlight for me?
I've got it. That's not very helpful. How did you get on? I think we are all dying to know.
Full house.... As expected. It’ll be interesting to see if your LR matches the first MYP spec delivered last week.
No USS or park assist
Indicator stalks
No power frunk
Granny charger
Where was collection? If it’s full of swirls I’d be taking pictures and ask Tesla to pay for a DetailerI've got it. That's not very helpful.
As everyone says the process is very light touch.
Whoever cleaned it used a cloth full of grit. It's with the detailer now to be polished and ceramic coated. Only had my baby for about 2 hours.
I would recommend that you check the paintwork very closely and find a detailer to polish and coat it.
I'll send some photos when it is back on Thursday morning.
Otherwise, the car is fab. No obvious build quality issues. Panel gaps and internal fittings looked symmetrical.
Red with 20" rims looks fantastic. Glad I spent the extra.
No USS... I didn't get asked to accept anything. Maybe my order was after they changed to the Ts&C's. (Aug 10th).
It was delivered with software 2022.40.4.1. So parking is a little scary. Partially as it's a new car and partially as there's no beep.
The lights look like they are matrix.
I didn't look at the cameras - bother forgot.
Came with tow-hitch, granny charger and type 2 cable. Also, looked to be a warning triangle in the boot. I didn't actually open the red bag... So I assume that is what it is.
The cameras quickly calibrated so the I had the basic Autopilot going most of the way home. This was great as the traffic was very patchy.
Lots of features were turned off by default... Especially, the FSD view.
There were probably 5O+ cars in the delivery hub. Mostly white and black body colour. There was a constant stream of cars being picked up for home delivery and the odd transporter arriving.
There were only a handful of people collecting, so super quiet. I guess the weekend might be more peak time.
NEC. But most of the prep happens at Southampton. So unclear where it happened.Where was collection? If it’s full of swirls I’d be taking pictures and ask Tesla to pay for a Detailer
