I'm sure some of the other recommendations are fine, but I just use what the manual recommends...a non detergent soap. Castile soap works great. Smells good. Is super cheep. My seats look brand new after 2+ years and I have kids so....frequently used.

50% seems a bit hyperbole for most winter driving. My experience is 15-20% in additional energy is conservative for planning for the majority of conditions. If you don't precondition and do short trips sure...but then range/charging isn't really a factor.

Update. Mobile service came and replaced one of the fog lights under warranty. They said they'll be back and replace the other under warranty when they get the part. Overall it was very nice mobile service experience.

It is under warranty. I have a mobile service appointment. I'm hoping that's exactly what they say.
