    MountainPass Performance Comfort Coilovers

Just to give an update, the sound is going away on its own! As i continue to drive it, the sound isn't as apparent and at times it is non-existent. This adds credence to the suggestion that it is/was due to excess lubricant. Glad i procrastinated and didn't pay money to clean it all away!

    MountainPass Performance Comfort Coilovers

Thanks for the link. I tried to search for duplicate chats before posting, but I didn't see this one. This was very informative. For those interested, here's a summary of the helpful posts: “The spring needs to not move at all, and we have found often that customers (or shops) are spraying...

    MountainPass Performance Comfort Coilovers

Thanks for the replies. All align with what i've been seeing and what my installer said. I'm surprised that this happens so sporadically and so often and not addressed in any way by @MountainPass. I have taken it back to my installer several times, costing me extra money to try and fix. They...

    MountainPass Performance Comfort Coilovers

After the installation of my MPP coilovers, when turning at low speeds, there is an audible "ping" noise. It looks like when I turn the tires, the springs rotate which causes the noise. I have looked at other chats for a fix, but the consensus is that it's something that we'll just have to...

    MountainPass Performance Comfort Coilovers

Yeah buddy! I love everything about the MPP. I would say the one aspect that Unplugged does better is the adjustment knob for the front rebound. I'd be nice to have a permanent knob. I'm currently trying 12/12 on the front and 12/12 on the rear. So far, i like it. I think i'll keep it...

    MountainPass Performance Comfort Coilovers

HELP!!! Am I missing something? I had my coilovers installed by a mechanic, and now I am wanting to play with the adjustments. I was able to set them all except the front rebounds. When I look in the frunk area, the I can’t find the spot for the adjustment tool. The spot where I think it goes...

    MYP Estimated delivery date

Seriously, don't trust anything a SA says. The average person on this forum knows WAY more than they do. For my MYP, they were accurate a total of 0% of the time. At one point, they even told me I was going to get an LFP battery in oppose to the 2170/4680! It's almost laughable how wrong they...

Mountain Pass Coilover 6 Month Review

Yup, you can lower the MYP too. But since i'm in Canada where I need to be mindful of the snow, I didn't test it out. MYP is less than 1/2 lower than LR, the coilovers lets you go WAY low!

Amazing. I did a search before asking, but obviously not well enough!!! Good board here!

Mountain Pass Coilover 6 Month Review

Hey all, I just installed MPP coilovers on my MYP. So far so good for me. The installer set it to a good level where I can feel the road, but it's not as jarring. My wife is still wanting it a bit softer/bouncier. I worried it'll feel like i'm driving on a mattress or on Goku's flying...

    Canada Waiting Room

It's expensive, don't get me wrong, but it's great! MPP was the way to go with their Canadian Roots. It was more expensive than Unplugged, but you get what you pay for! Many within this forum have reported a better experience with MPP. Öhlins/Redwood appears to be the gold standard but...

Whoops. Rookie mistake. I need to be specific with all of the different items people are looking for!!! Double pane in the front only. Not the back.
