How will I know if my "order" went through?

    Congratulations! You have won TMC.

    Stupid Question so don’t laugh...but....

To show you what you could have for a mere...several thousand dollars. Or, because Tesla hasn’t made the app adaptive like that, yet. Probably the latter, but there is a marketing arguement for the former.

Masking Sensor Locations for Applying Spray-on Protection

So I take it that no one has a map for “where the sensors are,” then?

Masking Sensor Locations for Applying Spray-on Protection

Front radar isn’t used for AP? Even with the correction, I’m still looking for guidance on masking the ultrasonic sensors and radar.

Masking Sensor Locations for Applying Spray-on Protection

A local shop in Utah is moving from adhesive-based films to a new spray on treatment. I got to examine the material applied to an Audi and test it out for damage resistance on a salvaged car hood. Having seen it, I'm a believer that it's far superior to any adhesive-based film, and as an added...

    The "GOOD IDEAS" thread

Upper & lower temperature settings, like on a home thermostat. Lower determines the lowest temp before heat turns on. Upper determines highest temp for AC to start cooling. In between is your comfort zone. Proper sunroof control on steering wheel, because they have it backwards. Roll thumb...

Costco Insurance "Ameriprise" has the best rate for MS

GEICO lost me after 21 years. Outrageous rates for the Model S. Progressive came in at 1/6 the price.

    Model Y: Predictions

My fingers are crossed for a back that is dog-friendly. Easy entry and roomy enough for 3 oversized goofballs.

“Systems Are Powering Up. Press Brake When This Message Clears

Happened to me on Monday, as I was ready to leave work. Car was on 2018.12. Now on 2018.14.2. Let’s report firmware long with reports. It will be interesting to see whether the bug has been squashed.

Where do your get your winter tires changed?

Well, that makes practical sense, then. @hroussel - do you have a machine for mounting tires to rims? (Maybe I have to find you on that “show us your garage” thread!)

Where do your get your winter tires changed?

Are you swapping whole wheels (tires and rims), or just tires?

Where do your get your winter tires changed?

Because my delivery just came in late February, I have yet to go through a swap-out, but our local chain Burt Brothers has serviced my ICE vehicles for years. So I inquired and they said they handle Teslas all the time. (There are several in the area here.) That’s probably your best...

Another WiFi Bad Actor - SOLVED - Wink Home Control

It would be extremely interesting to have someone competent with Wireshark analysis find out what the Wink does that causes Tesla to fail. FWIW, my Control4 system doesn’t interfere with the car at all.

    WiFi Connection Issue Solved

My router runs OpenVPN, and my car has no issue connecting to 2.4 GHz WiFi through a Pakedge WAP. I’m curious about the finding that Wink was the culprit. @NewTMSMan: What’s the link to that thread you mentioned for that?
