The 3.9% APR offer was real, it started near the end of January and was only supposed to last till 31st of January. Then they decided to extend that to 28th of Feb. And just yesterday they reverted it back to the now 7.9%.

I also cancelled my previous order and placed a new one due to the drop in APR. Got my £200 deposit refunded. Got a VIN a few hours later, I feel Tesla will lower prices again soon.

Yes I suspect that too, at least in the UK. Went to Trafford Centre to return my car last Saturday expecting loads of people either picking up or test driving, but no, it was dead quiet. There's cars on inventory every day, and there are a few ship loads coming in the next few weeks.

Getting the same issue. Received an email from Tesla saying action is needed there is no DD mandate or something like that. Already have entered bank details and it is stuck on pending. I guess we just need to get hold of someone from Tesla's finance team to sort this out.

Nobody can time the exact bottom but if you believe in Tesla just dollar cost average, split your investment pot and buy at increments, buy some when it drops, buy some more if it drops more.
