    Winter Charging (Philadelphia)

yeah it charges at 31-32 at home..... the car is costing about as much as an ICE car that runs at about 35mpg at this point. definitely not something fanboys ever disclose when speaking about the car w/ other people...i'll be sure to do so to give an accurate picture of pros/cons. i just...

    Winter Charging (Philadelphia)

hmm..i have sentry off at home and work but i think the damn useless smart summon is turned to stand by. I will disable that going forward. On the other comment of difference in temp/insulation etc...none, in the winter that runs on gas so that's a separate bill. the electricity should be way...

New Cars DO NOT have AP3 (Hardware3!)

GOOD TO KNOW..thank you for that, it seems to be something that can be held in the court of law. However he does hedge and say when the car can take advantage of the capabilities of HW3....he could just say it never does.........? doomsday scenario of course. I couldn't get EAP separate like...

New Cars DO NOT have AP3 (Hardware3!)

you can't, i tried...there is nothing binding that will be given to you about a chip swap or even a definition that FSD Computer means HW3.0

New Cars DO NOT have AP3 (Hardware3!)

nice, i do see that...however no legal document states FSD Computer means HW3- he could just say FSD Computer is also HW2.5 Would be very bad PR....but the real risk is we never really get upgraded because he hedged it by saying only when it's fully ready, aka it may never be fully ready for...

New Cars DO NOT have AP3 (Hardware3!)

I don't know--haven't picked up the new car yet. But Tesla Chat and the Sales and Services teams have all confirmed it's production date is 5/31

New Cars DO NOT have AP3 (Hardware3!)

They didn't give a hard time at all for return, but I'm no where near receiving my refund, and it's been a month. I will have to pay the existing loan until they refund my bank, they will also have to refund my credit card the $2.5K It's a very slow process, they apparently have no intention...

New Cars DO NOT have AP3 (Hardware3!)

Where does it say FSD = HW3/AP3 I don't see that anywhere on the website

New Cars DO NOT have AP3 (Hardware3!)

Yes I did pay for FSD. It's just there is nothing binding being signed at time of delivery which states I'll be upgraded to HW3 when time comes. It's just Elon on twitter and conference calls, all of which are not binding. He could just saw he's changed his mind and we'd all be stuck at 2.5

New Cars DO NOT have AP3 (Hardware3!)

One other bit of advice i'd like....the new car was to be ready for this past Saturday, however, they said that the motor on the passenger door failed inspection, and so they had to order that part, delaying delivery to Tuesday. Is that something to be concerned about or pretty normal w/ these...

New Cars DO NOT have AP3 (Hardware3!)

I don't know how they verified it, the sales guy pulled up the vin number and went into the details and found it had 2.5. He then had service run a diagnostic computer on the car as well to confirm that. He did all this because he was surprised any cars had 2.5 at all. They then called me and...
